We also use our market knowledge and executive search expertise to find and assess candidates for advisory and supervisory boards. We are constantly working on a pool of candidates who are not only interested in a mandate, but can also offer valuable experience. This enables us to make suggestions timely when the need arises.

The range of clients goes from medium-sized companies with a turnover of perhaps EUR 50 million, that are setting up an advisory board for the first time, to SDAX and MDAX companies. Private equity firms and investment companies also make use of our services. Additionally, we have special expertise in the areas of defence, health and wind energy.

After training as an officer and completing his studies, owner Holger Uslar held management positions at well-known companies. Since 2000, he has worked for international search firms, including Heidrick & Struggles, Stanton Chase and Rochus Mummert.

There he was partner and managing director in Frankfurt, Hamburg and Munich. He has been involved in filling over 600 senior positions. In addition, he has accompanied executives as a business coach and contributed his profound knowledge of aptitude diagnostics to comprehensive assessments of executives.
